We always focus on the products quality and increase the investment every year. Now, we possess three vertical presses which are 2000T、1200T、500T, and two sets of horizontal presses with the pressure of 630T、315T,more than ten sets of professional processing equipments such as large scale CNC milling planer、vertical milling planer、boring mill、lathe、cutting machine etc.. We have developed two sets of 400T rolling machine which is specific for tube repairing on our own.
Mould Coating
The copper has lower hardness, which leads to lower anti-abrasive property. We use two kinds coating technology to increase the life of the copper mould: composite plating and three-element alloy electroplating technology. The three-element (nickel, cobalt and iron) alloy electroplating is a new technology, which is not containing chromium, cadmium, lead and mercury. This kind of technology replaces the trivalent chromium and hexavalent chromium is very steadily in the atmosphere.
The advantage is as follows:
1. Energy conservation and environment protection: low energy consumption, no electroplating sludge, no toxic substances, realizing the aero discharge of wastewater.
2. Corrosion resistance: The microcrystalline structure, alloy coating has excellent corrosion resistance, alloy coating corrosion resistance is 2.6 times of the chromium coating.
3. Abrasive resistance: The friction coefficient of alloy coating is very small. High wear resistance due to hardening of Ni3Fe and NiC03 intermetallic compounds. The wear resistance of the alloy coating is 2 times of the chromium coating.
4. High hardness: The alloy has very high hardness, Ni-based solid solution of iron and cobalt in the body can increase the hardness and thermal stability of alloy coating, microhardness is 750-850 Hv, close to the hard chromium plating hardness.
We innovated a new plating technology: "Ni-Co-Fe plating technology" , which is a new environmental protection technology. This kind of plating don' t including the Cr,Cd,lead and Hg. This kind of plating have the advantages as below:
